  • "BrightNok" cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings or threads-out. "BrightNok" cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.
  • Any exchange of cloths should be reported to "BrightNok" customer care within 72 hours of laundry delivery.
  • Customers are requested to count the cloths at the time of delivery, any shortage should be reported to "BrightNok" customer care at the time of delivery.
  • Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
  • All communication will happen via WhatsApp only, So request you to check all the WhatsApp SMS.

  •   In case of any loss or damage Company can reimburse up to a maximum of 5 times of its processing (laundry / dryclean) cost (decision remains with Company if any reimbursement has to be done) only if Customer is able to produce the bills. Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer.
