We are sending you a detailed BUSINESS agreement

FOR ALL THE CATEGORIES MINIMUM BILLING WILL BE FOR Rs.299/-.
- We charge: 25% on total business.
- Rs.100 penalty will be charged if there is frequent cancellation from vendor side
Our model works on, to increase the revenue for the services with the existing infrastructure
and manpower.
Terms and Conditions:
- The customer is awaiting your call to fulfill their order.
- Kindly provide great service within the given time in order to get good reviews and increase your business.
- Ensure the pick up & delivery personal maintains the following:
- Trained to handle all possible queries.
- Courteous and well mannered.
- Kindly maintain a high quality of service to ensure repeat business.
- Make sure that the order is delivered within 48-72 hours.
- BrightNok will provide training & dedicated software for order management.
- You will not save any customer's number.
- We want to go with only 1 number for communication with customer, you will not messaging or calling any
BrightNok customer on WhatsApp ,This is against our policy
- If any kind of misbehavior with the customer is done by any employee of the vendor, they will have to face
legal action.
- Before hiring the delivery boy, check their all documents thoroughly.
- If any accident happens to any of the vendor staff while working, then we will not be responsible for that.
- It is mandatory to carry BrightNok ID card and wear uniform failing which it will attract a fine of Rs 1000.
( NOTE : If there is any complains regarding loss or damage of clothes, it will be completely
service providers responsibility to repay the settled/discussed amount on the basis of
mutual understandings)
PAYMENTS:
- Payments can be done both online/offline, it's completely customers choice.
- Settle of payments will be done on either 15days or 30 days cycle of every month.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO GET STARTED
- Gst certificate or propertiship certificate of BUSINESS OWNER
- AADHAAR CARD AND PAN CARD OF THE OWNER
- Bank Details
- Photo
- 2 minutes short video ofthe outlet.
- Police Verification
- Once your documents is uploaded ,our team will verify and your account will be activated.
SECURITY DEPOSIT OF Rs.10000 is mandatory. (100% refundable on termination).
If we receive any complaints regarding loss/damage itis the vendor who will do the settlement.
If any vendor does notfollow the above terms and conditions , immediately account will be blocked & allthe account
settlement will be seized.
